My journey toward holistic living began in 1989 after graduating in Sociology, Economics, and Political Science from Mysore University. Working with rural communities across Tamil Nadu, I learned that true wellness comes from simple living. It comes from discipline, gratitude, and harmony with nature, not wealth. Those lessons, combined with my love for reading about humanity and wellness, shaped my mission: To help people rediscover natural, peaceful living through mindful, nourishing habits.
